I guess Median's - "Comfortable" would probably win the photo finish. This track has literally changed my life. It made me more relaxed in general. This of course because it was produced by The early 9th Wonder. This beat is so mellow & relaxed and also the way 9th Wonder cut this "Luther Vandross"- sample is sheer perfection. Now most of you don't even know Median let alone this track. Some of you will hear this joint for the first time and think that this artist sounds like Lupe or On Be Lo or even Theo 3, I beg to differ though. Median holds more flow & cadence and you clearly hear his joy. I just think he is off the charts. To be more specific it changed my perception about (intimate) relationships. Median's 3rd verse (snippet): "I'm a maintenance man / politicing with this chick cos' I'm a patient man / I listen more than talk these days and overstead / everybody needs to be felt for feeling themselves / .."

I haven't been to many concerts. But I recall seeing Little Brother in Paradiso Amsterdam, that was somewhere near 2004. They showcased a great performance and it was pure entertainment. Everybody was nodding their heads and yelling/lipsyncing the lyrics. Even Nicolay from Utrecht was there! Prior to this Nicolay and Phonte (of Little Brother) never met. They (The Foreign Exchange) made their album online!

I think I would like to meet Jay-Dee and ask him if I could join one of his studio recording/jam-sessions. That would be sweet. Being in the studio when he created one of his gems would have been one tremendous experience.

I'm impressed. It's interesting to see what people put in their "10 favourite tracks". Some people put their "all time" tracks in the list and some put in their current favourites. I'm anxious to see how far this 10tune will go. Rrrrriiispect to 10tune-team!
